Company History
Twin Owl Consulting was established in 2007 to address a need for state and local communities to incorporate sustainable mobility concepts into their policies and practices.
The company founder has a long history with Boy Scouts of America, and was designated a member of the Owl Patrol signifying his wisdom and knowledge in mentoring scouts. On a subsequent visit to Rocky Mountain National Park, the founder discovered the Twin Owl rock formation and adopted it as his moniker. Building on the legendary wisdom of the owl, Twin Owl Consulting is committed to providing professional experiences, knowledge and wisdom so client organizations can implement actionable decisions.
